2012 Signups, Dates, Times & Locations

All Players

  • 5/12/12 at Foster’s Freeze Sebastopol from 10am – 2pm
  • 6/16/12 at Foster’s Freeze Sebastopol from 10am – 2pm
  •  6/16 Sign Ups,  Dr. McCoy will be available to do physicals for players 10 – 2pm for $25 each.

If your interested in signing up come to one of our dates above.  If you need additional information please call 707-695-3403 and leave a message and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

* What we need at sign ups:

- We need to see original birth certificate and bring a photo copy for us

- Player and Parent come to sign ups

- 2 Checks for fees

-Physical dated after March 1st
